Bringing your vision to life is an elegant and collaborative journey. We've refined our process to be as simple and stress-free as your designs will be beautiful. Below, you’ll find the step-by-step path we’ll take together to craft the beautiful first chapter of your forever.

The Vow Voyage Journey in 6 Simple Steps

Explore & Select Your Design

Begin by browsing our Shop. Explore our portfolio of Digital Invitations, Wedding Websites, and Day-of-Details. Decide which path suits your vision:

• The Collection: Choose this option if you've fallen in love with one of our existing template designs. It’s the fastest way to achieve a polished, cohesive look.

• The Bespoke Experience: Choose this for a fully customized design. Our team will work with you to create a one-of-a-kind suite from the ground up, tailored perfectly to your unique love story.

Personalize & Submit Your Details

Once you've selected your product, you will be guided to our Order Form. This is where you'll provide the heart of your design—your personal details. Please be ready to share information such as:

• Your names, wedding date, and time

• Venue address(es)

• Specific wording for invitations and other items

• Color palette preferences

• For Bespoke orders: Your vision, inspiration images, and any specific requests.

Secure Your Booking

To officially reserve your spot in our design calendar, a non-refundable design deposit of ₱500 is required upon submission of your Order Form. This deposit secures your project and allows our designers to dedicate time to begin their magic. You will receive an email confirmation with payment instructions once your form is submitted.

The Creation Process

This is where we bring your vision to life. Our designers will meticulously craft your digital products based on the information you provided. Please take note of our creation timelines, which begin after your payment is confirmed:

• Collection (Template) Orders: Please allow up to 1 week for the initial design draft.

• Bespoke (Custom) Orders: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your initial design concept.

Review, Refine & Perfect

We will email you the first draft of your design for your review. We want you to be absolutely in love with the result. Every order includes two (2) complimentary rounds of revisions for minor text, color, or placement adjustments. Simply reply to our email with your feedback, and we will perfect the details for you.

Final Approval & Delivery

Once you are completely happy and have given your final written approval, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance. After the final payment is settled, your beautiful digital products will be delivered.

• For Wedding Websites: We will publish your site and send you the live link.

• For Digital Invitations & Layouts: We will email you the high-resolution final files.
